DPRD Kabupaten Musi Rawas Sidang Paripurna Setuju Empat Raperda
Musi Rawas. DPRD Kabupaten Musi Rawas menyepakati empat Rancangan Peraturan Daerah (Raperda) prioritas tahun 2026 dalam rapat paripurna yang digelar, Senin (04/05/2026).
Persetujuan tersebut ditandai dengan penandatanganan nota kesepahaman (MoU) antara DPRD dan Bupati Musi Rawas terkait program pembentukan peraturan daerah (Propemperda) 2026.
Rapat paripurna dihadiri 28 dari 40 anggota DPRD dan dipimpin langsung Ketua DPRD Musi Rawas, Firdaus Cik Olah, didampingi Wakil Ketua I Azandri dan Wakil Ketua II Yani Yandika.
Juru bicara Badan Pembentukan Peraturan Daerah (Bapemperda), Supandi, menjelaskan bahwa penyusunan Propemperda merupakan amanat peraturan perundang-undangan, di antaranya Undang-Undang Nomor 12 Tahun 2011 tentang Pembentukan Peraturan Perundang-undangan serta Peraturan Menteri Dalam Negeri Nomor 80 Tahun 2015 yang telah diperbarui.
“Program pembentukan peraturan daerah merupakan perencanaan pembentukan produk hukum daerah yang terpadu dan disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan pembangunan serta dinamika masyarakat,” ujarnya.
Ia menambahkan, Propemperda 2026 diharapkan mampu menjawab kebutuhan hukum daerah dengan tetap memperhatikan aspek keadilan sosial, pembangunan berkelanjutan, serta perkembangan sosial, ekonomi, dan politik di Musi Rawas.
Adapun empat Raperda prioritas usulan eksekutif yang akan dibahas meliputi:
1. Raperda tentang Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW)
2. Raperda tentang Ketertiban Umum dan Ketenteraman Masyarakat
3. Perubahan Perda Nomor 6 Tahun 2019 tentang Pengelolaan Barang Milik Daerah
4. Perubahan ketiga atas Perda Nomor 10 Tahun 2016 tentang Susunan Perangkat Daerah
Selain itu, DPRD juga mengusulkan sejumlah Raperda inisiatif, di antaranya terkait pengelolaan daerah aliran sungai, persampahan, perlindungan anak, serta pencegahan kekerasan di satuan pendidikan.
Supandi menegaskan, Propemperda yang telah disusun bersama pemerintah daerah tersebut selanjutnya ditetapkan melalui rapat paripurna menjadi keputusan DPRD.
“Kami berharap DPRD dapat menetapkan Propemperda ini sebagai dasar pembentukan peraturan daerah tahun 2026,” jelasnya.
Turut hadir dalam rapat tersebut Bupati Musi Rawas Hj Ratna Machmud, Wakil Bupati H Suprayitno, jajaran OPD, serta para camat di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Musi Rawas. (ADV)
